SEE Grade Sheet Integration and Certificate Issuance

For the Education Development and Coordination Units, Provincial Education Directorates, schools, and all stakeholders: Notice regarding the process for integrating Secondary Education Examination (SEE) Grade 10 grade sheets.

Students who sat for the 2081 grade increment examination and obtained the minimum grade or were “Graded” may possess two or more grade sheets. As these must be integrated—with GPA included—into a single grade sheet and certificate, and considering the time and cost burden if all students nationwide were required to appear at the center in person, the following procedure is hereby published for implementation to integrate grade sheets and issue certificates.

Process

1. The Education Development and Coordination Units shall publish a notice directing schools to collect applications—by 2082/08/22—from students within their districts who participated in the 2081 (grade increment) examination, obtained the minimum grade, or were Graded, and who possess two or more grade sheets, for the purpose of integration. Schools shall collect applications with the required documents accordingly.

2. Schools shall collect from their students: two or more grade sheets showing minimum grade or Graded status; a copy of the citizenship or birth registration certificate; the student-filled form downloaded from the Website; and the original bank voucher showing deposit of Rs. ५०० (five hundred) per student as revenue (schools may collect cash from students and deposit a lump sum). Schools shall then submit the compiled applications to the Education Development and Coordination Unit by the end of Mangsir 2082.

3. For integration, based on the number of students, the school shall deposit the revenue amount in a lump sum in the name of the National Examination Board, office code 350313301, revenue title 14223, at Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank, and submit the voucher to the Education Development and Coordination Unit.

4. The Education Development and Coordination Unit shall verify and receive the documents with the revenue voucher submitted by schools, maintain a register separate from the regular office register, record them, and compile.

5. The compiled files received shall be dispatched to the Office of the Controller of Examinations at the end of each week via a fast channel. The Office of the Controller of Examinations shall process them as soon as possible and send them back to the district via a fast channel; the district shall arrange distribution through the concerned schools.

6. The provision to submit applications directly to the Office of the Controller of Examinations for grade sheet integration shall remain in place. Students who do not integrate through their schools within the stipulated time may visit the Office of the Controller of Examinations at any time thereafter to complete integration.

7. For grade sheet integration, attach the photocopies of the obtained grade sheets; a photocopy of the birth registration or citizenship certificate (for verification if names or dates of birth differ across two or more grade sheets); a photocopy of the admit card; the original application; and the revenue voucher.

8. Based on the applications submitted from the districts, the integrated certificate shall be prepared and sent to the Education Development and Coordination Unit, which shall make it available to students through the schools.

9. The integration form required for students is available on the Office of the Controller of Examinations (Class 10) Website: www.see.gov.np.
