Community Support Group, Kaski, Pokhara is a non-governmental and non-profit social organization established in 2059 BS and working on the issue of HIV and drugs.
The organization has been working on HIV and AIDS in partnership with Save the Children under the Global Fund since 2012. New Funding Mobility, in partnership with Save the Children, operates in the Kaski district to reduce the risk of injecting drug users. We invite applications from the following skilled, experienced and qualified Nepali citizens to fill the vacancies required for the HIV Infected Care and Support Program in partnership with the National Federation of HIV Infected Persons (NAPN) under the program and the Global Fund.
Vacancy Details:
1. Finance and Administration Coordinator
- Program Name: Concentrated package service for injectable drug users
- Required No.: 1 (One)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Management from a recognized educational institution by the Government of Nepal (granting postgraduate),
- Knowledge of the prevailing tax rules implemented by the Government of Nepal
- Has high knowledge and skills related to administration and financial management
- Ability to monitor and supervise finance and administration under the work area or district level program as required.
- Gained proficiency in computer (Microsoft Office)
- 2 years of work experience in a related field
2. Counselor cum Paramedic
- Program Name: Community-based care center for people living with HIV
- Required No.: 1 (One)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Passed CMA or ANMI from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
- Gained good knowledge and skills related to counseling.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of HIV.
- Interfering with archiving and archive management
- Proficient in computers especially Microsoft Office packages.
3. CHBC Case Tracker
- Program Name: Home and community-based care programs for HIV positive people
- Required No.: 1 (One)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Passed CMA or ANM from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of health care, HIV, and AIDS.
- Ability to provide counseling and work in groups.
- Ability to prepare reports in Nepali and English.
- Skilled to operate Microsoft Office and Internet.
- Interfering with archiving and archive management.
4. CHBC Mobilizer
- Program Name: Home and community-based care programs for HIV positive people
- Required No.: 1 (One)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Passed at least 8 classes from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
- 1-year work experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of archiving skills and the availability of filings and materials.
- Good knowledge of HIV.
- Ability to act as a catalyst and to work in a group.
5. Hospital Liason Officer
- Program Name: Community-based care center for people living with HIV
- Required No.: 1 (One)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Passed at least 10 classes from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
- 1-year work experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of archiving skills and the availability of filings and materials.
- Experience working in HIV and related fields.
- Ability to provide counseling and work in groups.
- The hospital has the ability to coordinate with ART and concerned agencies.
