Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Job Vacancy

Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., Central Office Gaindakot Municipality Ward No. 2, Kaligandaki Chowk, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East), is a national-level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as a “D” class financial institution.

Within a short period since its establishment, this financial institution has been providing microfinance services through 100 branch offices in various locations of Nepal. As there is a requirement for hardworking, honest, disciplined and experienced staff for the central and branch offices, applications are invited from eligible and interested Nepali citizens for the posts as mentioned below.

Post: Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Category: Managerial

Number of Positions: 1 (one)

Minimum Educational Qualification: For the post of Deputy Chief Executive Officer, the candidate must have:

Passed Master’s level in any subject and worked at managerial level in a bank or financial institution for at least 5 years,

or
Passed Bachelor’s level and worked at managerial level in a bank or financial institution for at least 7 years.

Minimum Educational Qualification:
For the post of Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager, the candidate must have:

Passed CA or ACCA,

or
Passed Master’s level in any subject and worked at Officer level in a bank or financial institution or in a government or semi-government institution for at least 2 years,

or
Passed Bachelor’s level in any subject and worked at Officer level in a bank or financial institution or in a government or semi-government institution for at least 4 years.

Special priority will be given to candidates having managerial experience in various departments.

For the post of Senior Officer, the candidate must have:

Passed at least Bachelor’s level or equivalent examination in Management faculty and worked in a bank or financial institution for at least 5 years,

or
Passed Master’s level in any subject or passed Chartered Accountants (CA) and worked at Officer level in a bank or financial institution for at least 1 year.

Special priority will be given to those having work experience in internal audit or finance department.

For the post of Junior Officer, the candidate must have:

Passed at least Bachelor’s level or equivalent examination and worked in a bank or financial institution for at least 3 years,

or
Passed Master’s level and worked in a bank or financial institution for at least 2 years,

Passed Proficiency Certificate Level and worked in a bank or financial institution for at least 5 years.

Post: Senior Assistant (Branch Chief)

Minimum Educational Qualification:
For the post of Senior Assistant, the candidate must have:

Passed at least Bachelor’s level or equivalent examination and worked in microfinance for at least 1 year,

or
Passed Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent examination and worked in microfinance for at least 3 years.

Special priority will be given to those who have worked as Branch Manager.

Age Limit

Age Limit:

For Managerial category (Deputy Chief Executive Officer): must have completed 30 years and not exceeded 55 years.
For Managerial category (Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager): must have completed 30 years and not exceeded 45 years.
For Officer category: must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 40 years.
For Assistant category: must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 35 years.

(All age limits are as on the last date for submitting the application. For women, the upper age limit will be extended by five years.)

Nature of Work

Nature of Work:

Managerial category staff shall perform tasks such as overall financial transactions of the institution, business expansion, administrative work, institutional governance, staff management, formulation of policies and ensuring their implementation.
Officer category (Senior Officer) shall perform tasks related to overall financial transactions of the institution and accounting and auditing-related work.
Officer category (Junior Officer) and Assistant category staff shall perform branch operation and go to remote rural areas of hills and Terai to conduct group mobilisation, loan disbursement and recovery, savings collection, analysis of loans and monitoring of proper utilisation, and posting of collected savings and recovered loan instalments.

All categories will be appointed under a probation period as per the rules of the financial institution.

Examination

Type of Examination:

For Deputy Chief Executive Officer: professional presentation and oral interview.
For other posts: oral interview only.

For Officer category: Rs. 500/-
For Assistant category: Rs. 300/-

The applicant must write their name on the voucher and upload it, and must be present at the interview with the same voucher.
