Educational Qualifications and Work Experience

Assistant Manager
- Post Graduate or Graduation in Bank and Financial Institution, Community Banking.
Senior Officer
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Post-graduation with at least 3 years of experience or Graduation with at least 4 years of experience in banking and financial institutions, community banking.
Officer
- Post-graduation with at least 2 years of experience or Graduation with at least 3 years of experience in banking and financial institutions, community banking.
Junior Officer
- Post-graduation with at least 1 year of experience or Graduation with at least 2 years of experience in banking and financial institutions, community banking.
Management Trainee (MT)
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Senior Assistant
- At least 2 years of work experience in a related field or Proficiency Certificate with 2 years of experience.
Assistant
- Passed 10+2/Intermediate Level with at least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
Junior Assistant
- Passed SLC/SEE with at least 6 months of work experience in a related field.
Trainee Assistant
- Passed SLC/SEE or similar examination.

Age Requirements

Managerial Category: 21 to 50 years
Officer Category: 21 to 40 years
Assistant Category: 18 to 35 years
- Note: An additional 5 years will be added to the upper age limit for female candidates.
