• Must have passed the Civil Engineering Trade Certificate from a recognized educational institution.

Technical Assistant, Agriculture

• Must have passed the Proficiency Certificate in Agricultural Science (ISc Ag.) from a recognized educational institution or SLC/SEE or TSLC.
• Completed a Diploma course of a minimum of 3 years in Agricultural Science or passed the JTA course in Agricultural Science.

   • Applicants must not be disqualified as per the conditions stated in Section 10 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, and Section 12 of the Health Service Act, 2053.

2. Two-Stage Examination Process

   • For positions requiring a two-stage examination process, candidates must pass the initial stage before advancing to the second stage.

3. Unified Examination Schedule

   • The written examination for all open and inclusive categories will be conducted simultaneously in a single session. There's no need for separate exams for each service/group.

4. Results Publication

   • The results from the written examination will be published in alphabetical order, encompassing all services and groups.

5. Post-Examination Procedures

   • Candidates passing the written test must specify their preferred local levels in the given order before proceeding to the computer skill test and interview phase. Absence from the skill/practical test will disqualify a candidate from the subsequent interview.

6. Inclusive Group Preferences

   • Candidates applying under inclusive groups will not select their priority order for these groups. The Commission's existing rules will determine the candidate's inclusion group based on their application details.

7. One-Time Skill Test and Interview

   • Candidates who qualify for the computer skill test and interview in both the open category and one or more inclusive groups will only undergo the skill test and interview once. Their performance score will be applicable across all groups where they have qualified.

8. Final Recommendation for Appointment

   • After completing all examination stages, candidates will be recommended for appointment based on their merit ranking and their chosen priority order of local levels.
