VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT AT KUMARI PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL TRUST, KAWASOTI-4, HASAURA, NAWALPARASI (EAST)

Kumari Public Educational Trust is dedicated to help the orphan and poor people, especially children in Nawalparasi (East), Kawasoti.

With a passionate team of 27 employees, we work hard to achieve the main goal of the foundation which is to have a great positive social impact in the sector of educational and health for orphans and social orphans. To strengthen our organization, we are looking for a dynamic, inspiring and decisive General Director and Principal.

1. Post: General Director

ROLE OF GENERAL DIRECTOR

Plays a role of administrative head.
Responsible for the overall management and further development of the foundation.
Plans are made according to the mission, vision, and values of the foundation.
Good communication skills in English and Nepali with computer skills.
Translate the mission and vision into sustainable strategy and ensure its implementation.
Maintain harmonious communication among staff members.
Maintain good relationship with key stakeholders and work/communicate closely on a regular basis with the Principal of Kumari School.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans are prepared in order to achieve the targeted objectives in relation to mission, vision, and values of the organization.
Representation to partner organization government entities and donors.
Control financial matters and manage organizational fund in a proper way.
Makes yearly plans for SWC.
Reports to SWC and other line agencies on a regular basis.
Monitors and evaluates organization operation on a regular basis.
Reports monthly to the donor.
Manages team building and motivates all the staff members to build the feeling of team work.
Co-ordinates and holds regular meetings with board members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least five years of work experience in Social Sector or NGO/s.
At least Bachelors Degree in any stream.
Should be between age 30 and 50 years.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

50K–70K based on experience and performance.

2. Post: Principal (Kumari Primary School)

ROLE OF PRINCIPAL

Providing an atmosphere free of any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential, thus ensuring the growth and personal development of every student in a safe learning environment.
Helping teachers maximize their teaching potential by conducting and providing training; offer the opportunity to follow courses that benefit the education or general well-being of the students.
Taking initiative to introduce new ideas.
Creating an optimal educational atmosphere.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching field.
Good communication skills in English and Nepali with computer skills.
Minimum Bachelor Level completed in Education or equivalent.
Should be between age 30 and 50 years.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

40K – 50K
