Since the vacant post of Police Office Helper in Nepal Police has to be filled through open competition according to inclusive provisions; Applications are invited from Nepali citizens who meet the following qualifications by affixing a stamp of Rs.10 (in person).

4) Application Revenue (Dastur) :-

Rs. 200 (two hundred) should be submitted for revenue collection along with the application form. Also, in case of candidates applying in more than one group, an additional fee of 20 percent (Rs 40) will be charged for each group.

5) Age limit :-

Completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 25 years by the last date of registration of application form.

6) Minimum Qualification Required

(a) Educational qualification: Able to read basic literature,

(b) has not been convicted of a criminal offense involving moral turpitude,

(c) not being a member of a political party,

(d) not being a member of a terrorist organization,

(e) has not been dismissed from employment so as to disqualify him for general government employment in the future,

(f) Eyes not weaker than minus 2 or plus 2,

(g) Height, Chest and Weight:

- Male - Height less than 5 feet, chest 31-33, weight 50 kg.

- Female - Height not less than 4 feet 10 inches, weight not less than 42 kg.

(h) Having obtained a health certificate from an approved doctor appointed by the Nepal Police Head Office (to be conducted during the examination),

(i) Nepalese citizens.

7) Documents to be enclosed with the application:-

(a) Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate 1 (one) copy.

(b) Passport size photograph of the same type with clearly visible full face (including both ears) taken recently (with beard and hair cut in case of male) 5 (five) copies.

(c) 1/1 (one/one) copy of the certificate of educational qualification obtained by him (with character, permanent or provisional certificate and mark sheet of each level and in case of studying outside Nepal, equivalency certificate from Higher Secondary Education Council/Trivhuvan University (Equivalent Certificate).

(d) For the families of Immortal/Disabled policemen, a document confirming that they are Immortal/Disabled and proof of relationship.

(e) In the case of tribals/tribals, based on the same list in the case of castes listed in the Nepal Tribal/Tribal Upliftment National Foundation Act, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed in the Nepal Adivasi/Tribal Upliftment National Foundation Act, listed by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level/body. A document that has been verified as a surname within the caste.

(f) In the case of Madhesi, they have been certified as Madhesi by the institution specified by the Nepal Government by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, but until the organization is specified by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, copy of the certificate of certification by the chief district officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local body - 1 (one) copy.
