IT Department

- Required Number: Few
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Information Technology (BE/BCA/BIT/BSCIT) with 1-year experience in the microfinance sector or +2/Proficiency Certificate level with 2 years of work experience.
- Special Priority: 1-year experience in Networking, Server, SQL-Query, Computer Hardware, or related fields.
Branch Head

- Post: Senior Assistant (Branch Head)
- Required Number: Few
- Minimum Qualification: Proficiency certificate level / +2 or equivalent with 3 years of work experience in the microfinance sector.
- Special Priority: Graduates with 2 years of work experience in one level below.
General Requirements
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years (Additional 5 years for female candidates)
- Nationality: Nepali
- Computer Skills: Must have training in computer office packages, email, and internet.
Selection Process
- Type of Examination: Written and Interview
