Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent notice regarding the extension of the deadline for filing the application form for the full fee of diploma and certificate level in the academic session 2078-079.
In connection with the above, from this Examination Control Office for the academic session 2078-079, CTEVT's affiliation, partnership, TECS (Technical Education in Community School), and private level affiliation/approval in various diploma/certificate level programs in educational institutions on 2078-04-30, Gorkhapatra Rashtriya Dainik, and www.ctevtexam.org.np.
The last date for filling up the application form for the full fee of Diploma / Certificate level has been fixed till Friday, 2078-05-18; Due to the global epidemic of Covid 19, the ban has been in place for a long time, public transport has just started operating after the ban was issued in various parts of the country, and floods and landslides in different parts of the country have made it difficult for applicants to collect required documents.
Due to the request received from the educational institutions to extend the deadline for filling up the application form; This notice has been published for the information of all concerned regarding the extension of the deadline for filling up the application form as per the decision dated 2078-05-17 so as to maintain the following last date.
Details:
1) The last date to fill the application form for the full fee of diploma / certificate level is Monday, 2078-05-28.
2) The last date for payment of fees by the educational institutions is 2078 Bhadra 29, Tuesday, within office hours.
3) The application forms filled by the candidates should be submitted by the concerned educational institutions to the Web-Based Online Integrated Training Management System (ITMS) provided by CTEVT, Examination Control Office by 12:00 pm on Wednesday 30th Bhadra, 2078 BS. If the application form filled by the examinee is not submitted in Online TMS by the concerned educational institution within the stipulated date, the application form will not be accepted and such examinee will not be included in the list of qualification orders. The educational institution concerned will be responsible for this.
4) For the first time in the academic session 2078-079, the educational institutions filling up the application form to run the affiliation/approval program from the council can send the official letter of the office to [email protected] to get the username and password.
The letter contains the name of the principal, mobile no. And email must be mentioned.
