Adikavi Bhanubhakta Campus Begins Administrative Building Construction
Construction of a new administrative building has started at Adikavi Bhanubhakta Campus, located in Byas Municipality–1, Bhadgaon, Damauli, Tanahun.
The building will be constructed at a total estimated cost of Rs. 11,256,970. The University Grants Commission (UGC), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has provided a grant of Rs. 10 million, while the campus will contribute Rs. 1,256,770 from its own funds.
Agreement Signed at the Campus
The construction agreement was signed at the campus on Thursday in the presence of Campus Management Committee Chairperson Kesh Bahadur Sunar.
The agreement was exchanged between Captain Som Bahadur Thapa, Coordinator of the Bid Evaluation Committee, and Santulan Deshmaru, Director of Panch–Shiv JV Construction Company, Bhaktapur.
On behalf of the campus, Campus Chief Mahaprasad Hadkhal signed the agreement, while Director Santulan Deshmaru represented the construction company.
Construction to Be Completed Within Deadline
According to the campus administration, preparatory work has already begun. The campus has stated that it aims to complete the construction within the scheduled timeframe and ensure that the new building meets academic and administrative needs.
