Gazetted First and Second Class (Technical / Non-Technical) and Eleventh and Ninth Level Promotion Notices of Internal Competition, Internal Competition, Open and Inclusive Competitive Written Examination published by the Commission on 2078-06-27. This notice has been published for everyone's information.
1) The first paragraph of the notice of promotion (Information No. 304 рен 078-79) through performance appraisal has been corrected as follows.
“For the following civil service posts to be filled from the promotion through performance appraisal; Minimum educational qualifications and training as per Section 21 of Civil Service Act, 2049 and Rule 74 (2) of Civil Service Rules, 2050 and Section 26 of Nepal Health Services Act, 2053 and Rule 15 of Nepal Health Services Rules, 2055 In order to be promoted till 2078-3-31 as per Rule 69, the potential candidates are informed to open the details mentioned in the application form prescribed by the Public Service Commission and submit the application by 2078-7-30.
According to the Employees Adjustment Act, 2075 BS, the employees who have been adjusted at the union, state, and local level can be potential candidates for promotion to a post or above the existing service/group/sub-group as per sub-section 4 of section 14 of the same act. ”
