Nepal Police Notice for 11 Employees to Report Within Seven Days
The Law Branch under the Law and Human Rights Division of the Secretariat of the Inspector General of Police, Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal, has published a notice requiring 11 police employees who are absent from duty to report for duty. The notice mentions the publication date as 2083/02/11.
The notice states that the following police employees have remained absent from office of their own accord and have not come into contact with the office even after search efforts were carried out and the process under Rule 115, clause (2), of the Police Regulations, 2071 (with amendments) was completed.
They have been instructed to report to this office or to the office issuing the notice within seven days from the date of publication of the notice, excluding travel time, with a satisfactory explanation stating the reason for their absence. Otherwise, the notice states that action will be taken to remove them from service under Rule 109, clause (b) (1), of the same Regulations for the offense under Rule 113, sub-rule (1), clause (f), of the Police Regulations, 2071 (with amendments).
