Notice to Report for Duty

This notice is published to inform the following police personnel that they have been absent from office on their own from the dates stated below and have not come into contact with the office even after a search and the completion of the process under Rule 115(2) of the Police Regulations, 2071 (with amendments), and after the notice has already been posted.

Within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice, excluding travel time, you are required to report to this office or to the office issuing the notice, with a satisfactory written explanation/response stating the reasons for your absence. Otherwise, action will be taken to remove you from service under Rule 109(b)(1) of the said Regulations for the offense under Rule 113(1), Clause (ch) of the Police Regulations, 2071 (with amendments).

For the purpose of Part 4 of Schedule 14 of the Police Regulations, 2071 (with amendments), you are hereby informed that this collective notice provides you an opportunity to present your defense/clarification.
