SEE 2082 Result Service Application Notice from NEB

The National Examination Board, Examination Control Office Class 10, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has invited applications from interested associations, institutions, or companies willing to provide information on the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2082 results through SMS, IVR, and website services.

The office published a notice on 2083 Baisakh 12, calling for applications to be submitted by 2083 Baisakh 17, clearly stating the details of the service for which information is intended to be provided.

Institutions wishing to provide result publication services must meet various conditions set by the office. The conditions and deposit amount details mentioned in the published notice are as follows:

Conditions for Service Providers

1. The association, institution, or company must be registered in accordance with the prevailing law.

2. The association, institution, or company must be registered for VAT/PAN and must have cleared tax for fiscal year 2081/82.

3. For the purpose of providing the service, the deposit must be submitted at the following rates:

   • For publishing results through SMS: Lump sum Rs. 40,000 only.

   • For publishing results through Website: Lump sum Rs. 20,000 only.

   • For publishing results through SMS and Website: Lump sum Rs. 60,000 only.

   • For publishing results through SMS, IVR, and Website: Lump sum Rs. 100,000 only.

4. The original bank voucher of the deposited amount must be submitted along with the application. The amount must be deposited in the deposit account number 01901000002003000001 of the Treasury and Accounts Comptroller Office, Bhaktapur, maintained at Nepal Bank Limited, Kamalbinayak Branch. After the details are provided to the institutions as per the agreement, the office will deposit the said amount into the revenue account.

5. While submitting the proposal, the service requested among SMS, IVR, and Website must be clearly mentioned on the outside of the envelope and in the service-related proposal.

6. Result-related details will be provided only after the National Examination Board, Examination Control Office Class 10 publishes the results.

7. The service for providing result-related information must be compulsorily closed one month after the date of result publication.

8. The right to provide or not provide result-related details shall remain with the National Examination Board, Examination Control Office Class 10.

9. Permission to provide services through Website will be granted only to service-providing institutions.

10. Other conditions will be as mentioned in the agreement letter.

11. If result data is found to have been published without the approval of the office, or if data different from the details provided by the office is found to have been published or broadcast, action will be taken in accordance with the prevailing law.
