Tribhuvan University (TU) is taking a significant step towards modernization by offering online services through its Examination Control Office located in Balkhu. Starting from 15th Magh 2080 (Sunday, December 31, 2023), students can avail a range of services conveniently online. Online Services and Cost

The transition to online services aims to streamline various processes for students. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to access these services:

1. Log in to www.tuexam.edu.np: Visit the official website and log in to your account.

2. Click on Certificate Link: Once logged in, click on the certificate link to initiate the process.

3. Sign Up and Email Confirmation: After signing up, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Click on the link to proceed.

4. Upload Registration Slip: You will be directed to an interface to upload your registration slip. Supported formats include PDF, JPG, and image files.

5. Transcript and Other Services: Navigate to the Transcript section and provide the necessary information. If you require additional services, select the relevant option and complete the online form. Ensure that you deposit the specified fee in the designated bank account.

6. Submission and Processing: After submitting your request, the relevant department will initiate the service delivery process. If all the details are accurate and complete, your transcript will be prepared for printing. You will be notified once the transcript is ready.

7. Certificate Distribution: Students availing online services can collect their certificates from the respective regional examination control office.

Operation Details

• Online services will commence at 10:00 AM on Monday, 15th Magh 2080 (Sunday, December 31, 2023).
• Initially, both online and offline services will be available, with a transition period.
• Keep an eye out for future notifications regarding the full implementation of online services.

Correction of Name and Surname

If you need to correct your name, surname, or any other details, you must submit the necessary proofs to the relevant Regional Examination Control Office at Wawalkhu Central Office.

Collection of Certificates

When collecting certificates, please ensure that you personally visit or send a trusted representative. Proof of identity will be required during collection.
