Teachers Service Commission Publishes Approved Applications, Shortlist and Interview Schedule for Chair and Member Posts
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has published the list of approved candidates following scrutiny of applications submitted for appointment to the posts of Chairperson and Member, along with the schedule for professional work plan presentations and interviews of candidates included in the shortlist.
According to the notice issued by the Commission’s Administrative Chief, Hari Prasad Niraula, on 15 Shrawan 2083 (2083/04/15), the applications of eligible candidates were approved in accordance with Section 11Ga of the Education Act, 2028 and the notice published on 2083/04/01, based on the decision of the Recommendation Committee. The Commission has also fixed the presentation and interview schedule for candidates shortlisted from among the approved applicants.
Presentation and Interview Schedule and Rules

Professional Work Plan Presentation: From 2 Bhadra to 4 Bhadra 2083.

Interview Program: From 5 Bhadra to 8 Bhadra 2083.

Venue: Central Office of the Public Service Commission, Kamalpokhari.

Conditions: Candidates must appear at least one hour before the scheduled time with the original copies of all documents submitted with their applications. The presentation and interview programs will be conducted as scheduled even if a public holiday falls on the respective date.

Applications of These Candidates Rejected
According to the Commission’s notice, the applications of two candidates were rejected for failing to meet the required minimum qualifications and experience.
The application of Mahesh Bhattarai (Tilottama-2, Rupandehi) for the post of Chairperson was rejected because he was not found to have experience at the Special Class level of the Government of Nepal as required under Section 11Ga, clause (ङ), of the Education Act, 2028.
Similarly, the application of Dr. Prem Singh Bhat (Bhimdatta-18, Kanchanpur) for the Member post was rejected because he was not found to have at least 15 years of work experience in the field of law, education, or administration.
