A staff requirement has arisen to fill the positions listed below on a contract service basis for the Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Makalu Rural Municipality.

Therefore, this notice has been published to inform all concerned that interested Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications should submit an application with the requested details within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Application Period, Place and Fee

Application Period: From 2082/07/25 to 2082/08/10.

Application Submission Place: Makalu Rural Municipality, Num, Sankhuwasabha.

Application Fee: Rs. 500 only.

Applicants must attach either the original bank voucher for the amount deposited in Makalu Rural Municipality’s Internal Revenue Account No. 02615389554 at Siddhartha Bank, Num, or the original cash revenue receipt paid at the Revenue Section of Makalu Rural Municipality.

Examination and Selection

Type of Examination: Written and oral.

Syllabus: As per prevailing laws.

Examination Date: The examination date will be fixed on the contact date, which will be the day after the last date for submitting the application.

Remuneration and Other Facilities: As prescribed by Makalu Rural Municipality.

Minimum Requirements and Educational Qualifications

• Must be a Nepali citizen.

• Must have passed the General Medicine (HA), CMA, ANM and Medical Laboratory courses from an educational institution recognised by the Government of Nepal and be registered with the NHPC.

• Age: Must have completed 18 years of age and not exceeded 45 years of age.

• Must not be disqualified by any prevailing law.

Documents to be Submitted with the Application

The following documents must be submitted together with the application in the format prescribed by the office, including all requested details:

• Copies of academic qualification certificates (from SLC/SEE up to the relevant qualification).

• Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.

• Copies of work experience certificates, if any.

• Copy of the registration certificate with various councils or councils as per the prevailing laws of the Government of Nepal.

If applications are submitted after the deadline or are not submitted in due form, no action will be taken on such applications.
