2. Credit & Marketing- Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Location: (Head Office, Pokhara)
Required Education:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, finance, economics, or any stream of management.
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs and have held the job role of Officer Level.
• Good knowledge of credit, accounts, compliance, and operations.
• Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English, with good negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Able to meet assigned targets and lead the team effectively.
• Good knowledge of Pumori Banking Software.
• Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and not exceeding 45 years at the time of applying.
2. Credit & Marketing-RM (Assistant/Sr. Assistant) - Few
Location: (Pokhara, Chitwan, Kathmandu, Rupandehi & Palungtar Branch)
Required Education:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any stream of Management.
• Minimum two years of banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
• Good knowledge of credit, accounts, compliance, and operations.
• Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English, with good negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Able to meet assigned targets and lead the team effectively.
• Good knowledge of Pumori Banking Software.
• Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing an application.
3. Jr. Assistant - Few
Location: (Pokhara, Chitwan, and Palungtar Branch)
Required Education:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any stream of Management.
• Should be a self-starter with good communication skills and the ability to delight customers with personalized service.
• Able to adjust and adapt to a new environment and work with minimal supervision.
• Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
• Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing an application.
