- The candidate should submit a copy of the certificate of Nepali citizenship, a copy of the certificate of renewal registered with the concerned council, and a certificate of educational qualification, a copy of the certificate of work experience certified by the candidate himself along with the application.
- A certificate of expertise registration must be submitted to the Nepal Medical Council.
- Must have completed 21 years of age and not exceed 45 years of age.
