JOB DESCRIPTION
LEADER - Crafting strategies and leading the verticals -
DIGITAL MARKETING I BRANDING & CORPORATE COMMUNICATION I PRODUCT RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT I CSR - Formulate corporate branding strategies and policies of the Bank
TEAM PLAYER - Work in close coordination with Sales Team of the Bank
FORESIGHT - Evaluate emerging technologies. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
VISIONARY - Should provide a vision for a marketing strategy to the Executive Team
MAINTAIN & BOOST IMAGE - Make sure that the business marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image of the Bank.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
AGM level:
- Minimum Master's Degree in the field of Business/Management.
- Exposure of Digital Marketing with at least 7 years of relevant marketing experience. Minimum 2 years experience in Senior Manager Level in 'A' Class Financial Institution or 5 years experience as Head of Marketing of reputed Corporate house of Nepal or Multinational or International Companies.
- Age should not exceed 50 years, as on application deadline.
Senior Manager level:
- Minimum Master's Degree in the field of Business/Management. Exposure of Digital Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience. Minimum 2 years experience in Manager Level in 'A' Class Financial Institution or 4 years experience as Head of Marketing of reputed Corporate house of Nepal or Multinational or International Companies.
- Age should not exceed 45 years, as on application deadline.
Manager level:
- Minimum Master's Degree in the field of Business /Management. Exposure of Digital Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience. Minimum 2 years experience in Deputy Manager Level in 'A' Class Financial Institution or 3 years experience as Head of Marketing of reputed Corporate house of Nepal or Multinational or International Companies.
- Age should not exceed 45 years as on application deadline.
