Eligibility
Students applying for admission to the BBS program must have successfully completed 10+2 in business or commerce, or an equivalent course from a Higher Secondary School Board, Tribhuvan University or another university or board recognized by TU.
Students must also satisfy any other entry requirements or criteria prescribed by the Faculty Board or the campus.
Final Project Work
Final project work is an essential academic requirement for fourth-year BBS students in all concentration courses. Students complete fieldwork and spend four weeks studying and learning from an organization during the period fixed by the campus or college.
After fieldwork, students prepare a project report in the format prescribed by the Faculty of Management and submit it to the college or campus for evaluation. Students may also be asked to present the report to the class or faculty members. The report is evaluated by external and internal examiners, and the final viva-voce examination is conducted by the research committee of the concerned campus or college.
Attendance, Evaluation and Grading
The final evaluation of BBS students is conducted through the annual examination of the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Tribhuvan University.
To qualify for the annual examination, students must have at least 70 percent attendance in the classes actually held. A student is not allowed to appear in the second-year final examination without first appearing in the first-year final examination.
