A two-day annual Kalinga literature festival will be held at Hotel Himalaya in Lalitpur on October 15 and 16. With the theme "India and Nepal: A Journey of Civilization and a Search for Soul", the event will be the biggest celebration of literary spirit.
75 percent of the speakers in the program will be from Nepal and the rest from India. In this festival focusing on Nepali art, literature, and culture, Vyomesh Shukla, who came from India, will perform 'Ram Ki Shakti Puja' at the theater (Kashi). Similarly, famous Bollywood singer, and actor Piyush Mishra, famous Bollywood musician Raj Shekhar, and famous artists will perform. Malini Awasthi will also perform. Ashok Vajpayee, Sudhir Chandra, Gitanjali Sri, Mridula Garg, Arun Kamal, Ranjith Ray, Anand Neelkanth (author of Baahubali), Om Tanvi, Gagan Gill, Haldhar Nag, Malini Awasthi, Yatish Kumar, Dipti Gopalnan, Piyush Kumar, P., Raj Shekhar, lyricist Sameer and other art lovers will participate. And also there will be discussions on various topics of art, literature, and culture among special personalities.

We believe that this festival will help in the promotion and globalization of art, culture, and literature, to make the Nepal-India literary historical relationship and the cultural relationship between the two countries harmonious.
The festival is going to be organized in collaboration with Yashaswi Pragya Foundation, Himalayan Dairy Pvt Ltd, National Literary Foundation, and Nepal Kalinga Literature Festival Kathmandu Edition.
