KMC Holds Self-Awareness and Conflict Resolution Workshop
Kathmandu Model College (KMC) organized a two-day “Workshop on Self Awareness and Conflict Resolution” for students studying in the BBA fifth semester. The workshop, held on February 5–6, 2026 [Magh 22–23, 2082 (BS)], aimed to strengthen students’ personal development and leadership capacity.
The workshop was facilitated by professional trainer and resource person Chhabilal Devkota. Students were trained under the core message: “Know Yourself. Manage Emotions. Master Conflict.”
KMC, which is affiliated with Tribhuvan University, was recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) Nepal in 2023. The institution has also received the “Best Campus Award 2080” from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
