Nepal Police notice to report for duty

Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal, (Inspector General of Police Secretariat, Legal Branch), Notice regarding appearance for duty.

You, the police personnel listed below, have remained absent from office without authorization from the dates mentioned against your names.

Even after conducting search and inquiry, and after completing the process as per Rule 115(2) of the Police Regulation, 2071 (with amendments) and posting the notice, you have not contacted the office. Therefore, this notice is published regarding your required appearance for duty.

You are informed through this collective notice that, excluding travel time, you must appear at this office or at the office issuing the notice within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice, stating the reasons for your absence and submitting a satisfactory written explanation.

Otherwise, action will be taken to remove you from service for the offence under Clause (ch) of Sub-rule (1) of Rule 113 of the Police Regulation, 2071 (with amendments), in accordance with Clause (b)(1) of Rule 109 of the same Regulation.

For the purpose of Part 4 of Schedule 14 of the Police Regulation, 2071 (with amendments), this collective notice provides you with an opportunity to submit your clarification.
