TSC Notice on Lower Secondary Teaching License Distribution
The Government of Nepal’s Teacher Service Commission, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has issued a notice regarding the distribution of permanent lower secondary level teaching licenses.
According to the Commission’s decision dated December 18, 2025 (2082/09/03 BS), the teaching licenses for candidates who passed the examination under Advertisement No.: 44/082/83, also stated in the notice details as 44/2082/83, have already been sent to the Education Development and Coordination Units for distribution.
Candidates who passed the examination have been instructed to contact the district where they appeared for the examination in order to receive their teaching license. For this purpose, candidates must carry the prescribed original documents along with their copies.
Required Documents
According to the Commission, candidates must submit the following documents while collecting the teaching license:

Educational certificates up to the minimum academic qualification prescribed for lower secondary education.

Admit card and Nepali citizenship certificate.

Academic certificate proving that the candidate passed the Secondary Education Examination (Grade 12) or equivalent in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution and completed at least 10 months of training in education, or passed the Secondary Education Examination (Grade 12) with an education-related subject carrying 200 full marks.

Equivalence certificate, in the case of candidates who obtained their academic qualification from a foreign educational institution.

2 recently taken auto-size photographs.

If the person concerned cannot appear in person, a letter of authorization and the citizenship certificate or identity card of the person bringing the authorization letter.
