1. Chief Engineer:
Minimum qualification of Bachelors in Electrical/Mechanical/ Marine Enginering with more than 3 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably in 5-star rated hotels. Lead and direct the engineering staff ensuring preventive & routine maintenance, accounting/ budgeting, asset protection & inventory control, Ensure a high standard of building, machinery, plant, furniture, and equipment in all departments.
2. Asst. Housekeeping Manager:
BHM with more than 2 years of experience in a similar position in luxury brand with knowledge In Opera and preferably GXP. Assists the EHK in the oversight of the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Laundry. Assists manager in assigning duty shifts, preparing reports concerning room occupancy and department expenses, and conducting inspections and necessary corrective actions.
3. Asst. Manager/Executive-Sales:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with minimum 3 years of experience in upselling 5-star category hotels. Maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, including up-selling, and ensure the business is turned over efficiently for proper service delivery.
4. IT- Executive/Supervisor:
Bachelor's degree in IT with 1-2 years of experience in the hotel industry, with knowledge of OPERA, IDS, Simphony Micros, SOPHOS Firewall and Antivirus, VISION LINE Door Lock, etc. Install, configure, manage. maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, and work stations, and support server systems supporting hardware/software. user accounts, and computer/telephone rooms. Troubleshoot/repair/resolve technical problems.
5. Jr. Sous Chef, Sr. CDP, DCDP and Commis level in Continental Kitchen:
BHM or equivalent degree in hospitality with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge in Continental Kitchen, preferably in 4/5-star category hotel.
6. CDP, DCDP, and Commis level In Indian Kitchen:
BHM or equivalent degree in hospitality with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position and knowledge in Indian Kitchen, preferably in a 4/5-star category hotel.
7. Guest Relation Officer:
Candidates with BHM or equivalent degree in hospitality with 1-2 years of experience in 4/5 star category hotels. The applicant should have excellent customer engagement skill, establish, promote and maintain good public relations and enhances sales for the hotel at every opportunity and maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
8. Bartender:
BHM or equivalent degree in hospitality with 2-3 years of experience. Preference shall be given to candidates with experience abroad in luxury hotels and clubs with various flaring and showmanship qualities to deliver guest satisfaction.
