1) Minimum qualification and experience required:
For Technical Assistant:
(a) Proficiency Certificate level or Overseer or Diploma level pass in Civil Engineering.
(b) Experience and Skills:
The following experience and skills will be required for technical assistants.
- Basic computer skills with at least 3 months of training,
- Able to prepare and analyze project cost estimation, supervision, and final cost statement for construction and maintenance of infrastructure, the experience working in a team to achieve project goals and results, having at least 6 months of experience with interpersonal skills.
For Returnee Swayam Sewak:
(a) Passed 8th class or equivalent.
(b) Having gone to the Gulf countries and Malaysia for foreign employment and worked for at least 1 year or more.
Age: At least 18 years and not exceeding 35 years (not exceeding 40 years in the case of women and disabled)
