For Bindhavasini Saving and Credit Co-operative Society Limited, which has been awarded the ACCESS SILVER Brand and the ACCESS SILVER Brand for the best national and international CUMI Award; As the qualified Deputy Chief Manager (Deputy Chief Executive Officer) and Market Catalyst have to be appointed through open competition; Applications are invited from eligible persons who wish to work spontaneously within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

A) Post: Deputy Chief Manager (Deputy Chief Executive Officer - DCEO)

B) Level: Eighth Level

C) Number: 1 (One)

D) Qualification and age:

1) Bachelor's degree in management or economics and having 5 years experience in credit management/accounting management / public administration in banks and financial institutions, cooperatives, and public institutions or passing master's degree in management or economics. At least 2 years experience

2) Able to operate accounting software by receiving advanced training related to computers.

3) To be able to drive at least 2 wheeler driver's license.

4) Completed 25 years of age and not exceeding 40 years but not exceeding 50 years in case of working and retirement.

F) Special Acceptance: Worked as the Head of Management / Deputy Head of Management of the Financial Cooperatives affiliated to the stratification program such as Access, Probation, Curves.

G) Service facility: Monthly Salary Scale: Rs. 42,380, allowance Rs. 15,000 and bonus, insurance, and other facilities will be as per the rules of the organization.

H) Selection Procedure:

1) Written examination, experimental, business action plan formulation and presentation, oral interview, or any of the prescribed.

2) A shortlist will be selected from the applicants who apply within the specified date.

3) Only successful applicants who have obtained the prescribed minimum marks and passed the written examination will be allowed to participate in other selection processes.

4) Application Fee: Candidates who are shortlisted will have to pay Rs. 1,500 (one thousand five hundred rupees) as application fee.

D) Qualification and age

1) Passed at least Secondary Education Examination (SLC / SEE) or similar

2) To be able to work on the computer after getting basic training related to computer

3) To be able to drive at least 2 wheeler driver's license.

4) At least 16 years of age and under 35 years of age

E) Special Priority: Passed 10 + 2 and gained experience working in cooperatives.

F) Service facility: Monthly salary scale and other service facilities will be as per the rules of the organization.

G) Selection Process:

1) Written examination, oral interview, or any of the prescribed.

2) Shortlist will be selected from the applicants who apply within the specified date.

3) Only the successful applicants who have obtained the prescribed minimum marks and passed the written examination will be allowed to participate in the other selection process.
