Required Educational Qualification and Experience:
1) Medical Physicist, 7th Level: Master's degree in Physics from a recognized educational institution and two years diploma or six months of training in Medical Physics.

2) Application submission time: Till office hours.
3) Examination fee:- Rs.1000.- will be charged. With application to Krishi Vikas Bank Limited in the name of BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital, Bharatpur, Chitwan, Bharatpur, Chitwan Account No. 0508601173472012 must attach the gross receipt.
4) Eligibility for Application:
(a) Age completed 21 years and not exceeding 45 years
(b) Not dismissed so as to disqualify him for future service in the Government or any institution owned by the Government of Nepal
(c) Nepalese citizens
(d) Not found guilty by the court in a criminal charge showing moral turpitude.
5) Type of Examination: Written and Interview.
6) Copies of the following documents must be attested by the candidate himself and must be attached to the application form,-
(a) 3 copies of passport-size photographs taken recently.
(b) Copy of the citizenship certificate.
(c) Copy of educational qualification certificate, character certificate, or copy of age certificate.
(d) Copy of equivalence in case of candidates having certificates from foreign educational institutions.
(e) Certificate of registration with the concerned professional council for the posts under technical (health) services.

8) If a public holiday falls on the last date of submission of the application, the day of office opening after the public holiday will be considered as the last date of submission of the application.
