Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as a “D” class microfinance institution and operating across Koshi Province, invites applications from eligible Nepali citizens for the permanent fulfillment of the following vacant positions.

3. Age Limit
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 35 years of age on the last date of application. For female candidates, the upper age limit is extended by 5 years.
4. Examination Fee
No examination fee is required.
5. Place of Work
Selected candidates must work at any branch/office assigned by the institution. Priority will be given to those willing to work in rural and remote areas.
6. Application Submission
Application form can be downloaded from the institution’s website www.guranslaghubitta.com.np under the “Career” section. The completed form, along with copies of citizenship certificate, academic qualification certificates, experience certificates (if any), and driving license (if any), must be combined into a single PDF file and submitted through the “Apply for a Job” section on the website.

7. Selection Process
Applications will be screened as per institutional rules, and a shortlist will be prepared. Candidates must participate in the field concept program. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the interview date, time, and venue through the website www.guranslaghubitta.com.np and notice board.
Candidates who pass the interview will be appointed for training. Only those who successfully complete the training/probation period with satisfactory performance will be offered permanent appointment.
8. Rights of the Institution
The institution reserves the right to accept or reject any application with or without specifying reasons and to cancel this vacancy notice if necessary.
