1. Branch Managers (Supervisor to Sr. Officer):- 20
- Having a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University and 3 years' of banking experience; or Bachelor's Degree with 5 years' of banking experience.
- Should be skillful in business growth, providing a superior level of customer service and promoting service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff
- Having experience in credit administration, branch Operation & marketing.
2. Relationship Managers & Operation In-charge (Assistant to Jr. Officer) :- 20
- Having a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University.
- Having at least two years of banking experience in any Banks/Financial Institutions.
- Priority will be given for candidates having working experience in the related department.
