Since the following vacancies in the Employees Provident Fund (Karmachari Sanchaya Kosha) have to be filled permanently through open competition as per the co-chairman of the Public Service Commission; Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to apply online from 2079-03-28. Interested applicants who have reached the specified eligibility will have to complete the online application form by completing the process as mentioned in the notification. If you fill in the online form by mentioning false details, you will have to answer it yourself. No action will be taken on the applications which have not been filed within the deadline and have not been filed before the due date.
(A) Type of Examination: Written in the post of Chief Assistant and Assistant, Computer Skill Test and Interview and Written and Interviewed in all other posts.
(B) Minimum qualifications required
1) For the post of Senior Manager (Administration): Achieved Master Degree degree from a recognized educational institution and has worked for at least seven years in an officer level or similar post in an organization established in accordance with the prevailing law.
2) For the post of Manager (Administration): Achieved Master's degree from a recognized educational institution and has worked for at least five years in an officer level or similar position in any government service or organization established in accordance with the prevailing law.
3) For the post of Deputy Manager (Administration): Achieved Master's degree from a recognized institute and has at least five years of working experience in an officer level or similar post in an organization established as per government service or prevailing law.
4) For the post of Deputy Manager (Finance Analyst): Received Master's degree in Accounting or Finance in the First Division under the Faculty of Management from a recognized educational institution.
5) For the post of Assistant Manager (Administration): Received Master's Degree or similar degree from a recognized educational institution.
6) For the post of Assistant Manager (Law): Received Master's Degree or equivalent degree in Law from a recognized educational institution or Master's Degree in any other subject.
7) For the post of Chief Assistant (Administration): Bachelors' Degree or similar degree from a recognized security institution.
8) For the post of Sub-Engineer (Technical): Certificate level or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
9) For the post of Assistant (Administration): Proficiency Certificate or Higher Secondary (10+2) or similar degree from a recognized educational institution.
(C) Permanent or Temporary: Permanent.
(D) Retirement: To receive contribution-based pension as per Employees Provident Fund, Employees Service Conditions Rules, 2070.
(E) Age limit:
1) At the age of eighteen years and not exceeding thirty-five years by the last date of application at the fifth level or below. But in the case of women and the disabled not exceeding less than forty years.
2) Completed twenty-one years in the post of sixth level and seventh level finance analyst and not exceeding thirty-five years. But in the case of women and the disabled, not exceeding forty years.
3) At least twenty-one years of age and not exceeding forty-five years by the last date to apply for the seventh level or above requiring work experience.
