Interested applicants should submit educational qualification certificates, citizenship certificate and examination fee voucher in the format prescribed by the District Agriculture Knowledge Center, or Integrated Agriculture and Livestock Development Office, or Agriculture Development Directorate Rupendehi within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the information in the format prescribed by the Ministry. Type of Examination: - Written and Interview.
Examination Center- The place specified by the selection committee in the district headquarters of the concerned district.
Application Fee: - Rs. 300 (three hundred) application fee has to be paid for each advertisement.
Place of submission of application: - Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta Pashchim), Palpa, Gulmi, Kapilvastu, Arghakhanchi, Rolpa, Dang, Banke District in the relevant district in the Agricultural Knowledge Center; In the case of Pyuthan, Bardiya and Rukum East districts, in the integrated agriculture and livestock development office of the respective district; And in case of not being able to submit the application in Rupandehi district and related district, it should be submitted to the Directorate of Agriculture Development, Butwal.
Documents to be submitted along with the application: -
(A) 1/1 copies of educational qualification certificate.
(B) 1 copy of citizenship certificate.
(C) Candidate has to pay Rs 300. The original submitted voucher should be submitted along with the application. Further details are posted on the ministry's website.
(D) The documents to be submitted along with the application should be submitted by the candidate himself.
Application Fee Submission Period: - Date 2078-09-30. (There is no provision for submission of application for double fee).
Medium of application: - Application form on the website of the Ministry should be printed and the application should be submitted only in the office of Burmajam separately for all the posts advertised separately.
Age limit of the candidate: - Completed 18 years of age till 2078-9-30 and not exceeding 45 years.
Date and place of interview: - The result of the written examination will be announced.
Term of service: As per contract agreement.
Job Description: - As determined by the working procedure.
Place of work: As specified by the concerned office.
Salary and service facility: - As mentioned in the working procedure and agreement.
Minimum educational qualification required:
(A) Passed SLC / SEE from a recognized educational institution for the post of Deputy Technical Assistant and received a minimum of one year JTA (Agricultural Science) training or TSLC in agriculture subject or similar.
(B) Passed SLC / SEE from a recognized educational institution for the post of Deputy Veterinary Service Technician and received a minimum of one year JTA (Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Animal Health) training or TSLC for Agriculture (Animal Husbandry, Animal Health). Passed like.
Note: In case of candidates who have passed the entrance examination (SLC) or similar examinations after the implementation of grading system, those who have obtained GPA of 2 or above will be considered to have attained the relevant educational qualification. In the case of candidates with higher educational qualification than the minimum educational qualification, those who have obtained minimum D + and CGPA 1.6 in each of the subjects will be considered to have attained the relevant educational qualification.
(C) Candidates who have studied in a foreign educational institution have to determine the equivalent of their qualification obtained from the concerned body
Written Exam Schedule:
- Junior Technical Assistant (JTA), Agriculture, Non-grouped Assistant Level 4: 2078-10-6, Saturday, 1.00 p.m.
- Veterinary Junior Technical Assistant (VJTA), Agriculture, Non-Grouped Assistant Level IV: 2078-10-8, Saturday, 1.00 p.m.
Note:
(A) Applications that have not been submitted within the prescribed time or have not met the minimum qualifications or other specified details have not been disclosed or the prescribed fee has not been paid will not be accepted.
(B) Candidates seeking Assistant Writer should contact the concerned office at least 3 (three) days before the commencement of the written examination. Otherwise, the Selection Committee shall not be obliged to provide Assistant Writer.
(C) Candidates who pass the written examination must submit the copy of the educational qualification certificate, citizenship and other documents along with the original before giving the interview.
(D) Candidates appearing for the written test and interview shall be required to bring a compulsory admission card.
(E) The candidate must disclose the required details in the prescribed format in the application form for the post he is a candidate for, otherwise he will not be included in the examination.
(F) Once the advertisement number and examination center have been selected, it will not be revised again, so you will have to choose the advertisement number and examination centers with confidence.
(G) In the examination the examinee must use only black ink otherwise the answer sheet will be rejected.
