Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Vacancy for Junior Assistant and Trainee Assistant:

For the branch offices of Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited with its head office at Banepa Municipality-13, Bhaisepati Kavre, licensed as “D” class by Nepal Rastra Bank; As the following posts are to be filled by the staff, the interested Nepali citizens are invited to apply within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Minimum qualification required

For Junior Assistant: Must have passed SLC or equivalent and have 1-year work experience in a microfinance institution. Preference will be given to those who have passed Proficiency Certificate or Plus Two (10 + 2). Willing to work in the field of rural areas.
For Trainee Assistant: Passed SLC / SEE Passed with GPA "C" Grade; Preference will be given to those who have passed Proficiency Certificate or Plus Two (10 + 2). Willing to work in the field of rural areas.

1) Age limit: - Must have completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years, but in the case of female candidates, the upper age limit will be increased by 5 years.

2) Type of Examination: - Those shortlisted will be selected through interview.

Salary Allowance and Benefits: - Will be as per the rules of the financial institution.

3) Special Preference: - Preference will be given to those who have good knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, Email, Internet) and a license for the motorcycle.
