International Himalaya Hospitality and Hotel Pvt Ltd., an associate of the owning companies of Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu and Marriott Kathmandu Hotel is seeking to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated & enthusiastic candidates for the following positions based in Kathmandu to set up an international standard trendy design hotel managed by Marriott International. The candidates will be involved in the project during the construction phase of the Moxy Hotel. The prospective candidates must meet the following criteria.
1. Project Manager
- Should have completed &E. (M.E. preferable)
- At least 10 years of work experience in building and/or hotel construction management.
- Should possess excellent communication skills & should be able to coordinate works with the MEP. HVAC. Interior teams and other stakeholders of the project.
- Must be able to analyze, understand and implement schematic drawings, layouts in an efficient manner. Coordinating all site Civil, MEP, and Interior Activities at Site.
2. Ensuring Timeline and Quality
- Architect
- Bachelors in Architecture with 3 to 5 years of experience in building construction.
- Must be able to effectively coordinate designs between international consultants and the site team. Must be able to supervise and monitor site work to ensure conformity to design.
- Excellent proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Excellent received, spoken and written English is necessary.
- Will be required to regularly visit site premises for assessment and reporting to supervisors. Design Coordination between the consultants, interior designer, and vendors.
- Execution and monitoring of designs on site.
- Reviewing BOQ's
3. Interior Finishing leader
- Minimum 5 years experience in interior project management and knowledge of MEP
- Experience in vendor billing and site measurements
- Should understand different finishing materials and costings
- Should possess excellent communication skills & should be able to coordinate works with the MEP, HVAC, Interior teams, and other stakeholders of the project.
- Must be able to analyze, understand and implement schematic drawings, layouts in an efficient manner.
- Coordinating all site Civil, MEP, and Interior Activities at Site.
4. Site Engineer
- E (Civil Engineer) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in construction, repairs & maintenance of hotels and/or building
- Experience in preparing the detailed bills of quantities, applying standard engineering best practices, and Precedents in the construction phase.
- Experience in finishing works of housing and hotel projects will be given preference.
- Good understanding of M5 Office software including MS
5. Office Secretary
- Welcome guests, receive phone calls, and handle administrative tasks.
- Completion of Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reception and administrative tasks.
- Excellent comprehension of spoken and received
- Good user of the computer and basic office software.
6. Store Keeper
- Must be an SLC graduate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling storage of building construction materials utilizing skills in inventory management.
- Experience in managing the ledger/account of materials on-site including daily material consumption and material inventory at the site.
