Managerial Positions
1. Departmental Head/Head Manager
- Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation level with at least 5 years in Officer category roles in microfinance and banking.
- Salary: Rs. 85,860/- to 1,08,650/-
2. Province Head
- Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation level with at least 4 years in Officer category roles in microfinance and banking.
- Salary: Rs. 67,840/- to 79,500/-
Officer and Assistant Positions
3. Monitoring Officer
- Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation level with at least 4 years of experience in microfinance and banking.
- Additional Requirements: Motorcycle and driver's license, computer skills.
- Salary: Rs. 67,840/- to 79,500/-
4. Branch Head (Senior Assistant to Junior Officer)
- Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation level with at least 4 years as a branch manager in microfinance and banking.
- Salary: Rs. 50,350/- to 58,300/-
5. Junior Assistant
- Educational Qualification: Minimum proficiency certificate level with at least 5 years of experience in microfinance and banking.
- Additional Requirements: Motorcycle and driver's license, computer skills.

6. Junior Assistant (Trainee)
- Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 Level or similar examination.
- Additional Requirements: At least 6 months of experience, motorcycle and driver's license, computer skills.
