Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC - Nepal Prashasanik Prashikshan Pratishthan), Recruitment Committee, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Notice regarding recruitment (Vacancy). This notice is published to permanently fill up the vacant posts in the establishment as per the consent of the Public Service Commission through performance evaluation, internal and open competitive examination.
From the date of publication of this information for the first time from the Nepali citizens who have reached the age of twenty-one years and not more than forty years for the post of Officer second level for open competition, the age of twenty-one years but not more than thirty-five years for the post of authorized third level and the age of eighteen years but not more than thirty-five years for the post of senior assistant 21 Within (twenty one) days and after paying double the fee within the next 7 (seven) days, attach a certified copy of the Nepali citizenship and educational qualification certificate, complete the application form prescribed by the institution and pay the examination fee of Rs. 1,000.- (one thousand) registered in Nepal Bank Limited Javalakhel, Lalitpur along with the gross receipt deposited in current account no.

Vacancy Details:

2) Deputy Director of Studies, Officer II, Promotion-1
- At least five years continuous continuous service in a post one grade below the respective post.
3) Deputy Director of Studies, Officer II, Internal Competition - 1
4) Administrative and Financial Deputy Director, Officer II, Internal Competition - 1
- At least five years continuous continuous service in a post one grade below the respective post.
5) Training and Research Officer, Officer III, Internal Competition - 1
- Graduated from a recognized university with a first division or equivalent master's degree in management or development and at least 3 years of uninterrupted permanent service in the institution as an assistant first division.
Open competition (including inclusive):
1) Deputy Director of Studies, Officer II, Adivasi Janajati)-1
(a) Passed first division or equivalent Master's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
(b) Having acquired experience of five years in the official level position of any government service or organized organization or international association, organization registered according to prevailing laws. But in the case of a person who has obtained a bachelor's degree, the experience period will be reduced by two years.
Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (b), the experience of working part-time in any body shall not count for the purpose. "Part-time work" means work less than forty hours per week.
2) Training and Research Officer, Officer III, Open-1
3) Training and Research Officer, Officer III, Female-1
- Passed first-division or equivalent master's degree in management or development-related subjects from a recognized university.
4) Senior Assistant, Assistant First, Open - 2
5) Senior Assistant, Assistant First, Adivasi/Janajati -1
- First division or equivalent graduation in management or information technology from a recognized university.
Special notice regarding advertisement:
Following the order of mandate issued on 24/10/2079 to the transfer of writ number 078-WO-0660 from the Honorable Supreme Court, in Fiscal Year 2079/80, out of the total posts that will be maintained after the necessary legal provisions regarding the inclusive group have been prepared, Posts that have been lost due to non-inclusion will be compensated as per the provisions of the law.
Type of Examination: Written, Practical (Performance Test, Presentation, Psychometric Test) and Interview.
Conduct of Examination: The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission.
Language of Examination: Nepali or English.

Equivalence: In the case of educational qualifications for which equivalence has to be determined, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted with the application.
Additional documents to be submitted by the candidates on the inclusive side:
In the case of Aadivasi/Janajati, based on the same list as in the case of castes listed in the Nepal Adivasi/Janajati Upliftment National Foundation Act, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed in the Nepal Aadivasi/Janajati Upliftment National Foundation Act, the surname within the caste listed by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local body. The application should be submitted after verification.
