Principal Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or equivalent with a teaching license.
• Maximum age limit: 50 years.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a vice principal/principal in a reputed English Medium Secondary level School.
• Must possess computer proficiency, public communication skills, and leadership qualities.
• Future plan concept and a five-year school development proposal are required.

Teacher Qualifications:

• For basic level: +2/PCL in the relevant subjects.
• For secondary level: Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subjects.
• Maximum age limit: 45 years.
• Must hold a teaching license.
• Priority will be given to candidates with teaching experience.
