Nepal Police (Nepal Prahari) Headquarters, Naxal, Kathmandu announces vacancy for the various positions of Police Office Helper (Prahari Karyalaya Sahayogi) Post.

Since the vacant post of Police Office Helper (Prahari Karyalaya Sahayogi) in Nepal Police has to be recruited through open competition as per the inclusive provision, applications are invited from interested Nepali citizens who have reached the following qualifications (in person).

Note- Application form for Sahayogi (player) post will be registered only in Maharajganj, Kathmandu.
4) Application Revenue (Fee): Rs. 100 (one hundred) will have to be paid along with the application form. In addition, in case of candidates applying in more than one group, an additional fee of 20 percent (Rs. 20) will be charged for each group.
5) Minimum qualifications required:
A) Educational Qualification: General literacy
B) Not being convicted on criminal charges of moral turpitude.
(C) Not being a member of a political party.
(D) Not being a member of a terrorist organization.
(E) Not to be dismissed from a job in the future so as not to be generally disqualified for a government job.
(F) Eyes not weaker than minus 2 or plus 2.
(G) Receiving a certificate of health from an approved physician designated by the Police Headquarters (to be conducted during the examination), National Police Training Institute of Interested Candidates,
(H) Nepali citizens.
(F) Height, chest, and weight:
Men: Height less than 5 feet, chest 31-33, weight 50 kg.
Female: 4 feet 10 inches in height, 2 kg.
(H) In the case of Player, he/she has participated in the national competitions of the Association recognized by the National Sports Council and National Sports Council, or has excelled in South Asian, Asian and Olympic Games, or has participated in Youth 16, 18 and 19 competitions. Participate in international competitions and submit a certificate of excellent performance.
6) Age limit: 18 years of age and not exceeding 25 years of age till the last date of registration of application form.
7) Documents to be included with the application:
(A) 1 (one) copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate.
(B) 5 (five) copies of the same passport size photograph (beard and hair cut in the case of a man) showing the full face (including both ears) taken recently.
(C) Copy of 1/1 (one / one) copy of the certificate of educational qualification obtained (including character, permanent or provisional certificate and mark sheet of each level and in case of study outside Nepal, determination of equivalence from the Higher Secondary Education Council, Tribhuvan University) Equivalent Certificate.
(D) in case of Adivasi / Janajati: On the basis of the official list of castes listed in the Nepal Adivasi / Janajati National Foundation Act, but if there is more than one caste within the caste listed in the Nepal Adivasi / Janajati Upliftment National Foundation Act; Document certified as a surname within the caste listed by the Chief District Officer (CDO) on the recommendation of the Chairman of the concerned local level/body.
(E) in the case of Dalits: in the case of a caste listed by the National Dalit Commission on the basis of the same list, but if there is more than one caste within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission; Document certified as a surname within the caste listed by the Chief District Officer (CDO) on the recommendation of the Chairman of the concerned local level/body.
(F) for Madhesi, unless the Government of Nepal publishes a notice in the Nepal Gazette and certifies them as Madhesi from the specified institution, but not by specifying the institution by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette; Copy-1 (one) copy of the certificate certified as Madhesi by the Chief District Officer (CDO) on the recommendation of the Chairman of the concerned local body.
(G) For backward areas (Achham, Kalikot, Jajarkot, Jumla, Dolpa, Bajhang, Bajura, Mugu, and Humla) by permanently residing in the district and obtaining a citizenship certificate from the concerned district and in the same place till the time of submitting the application from the concerned village municipality Recommended to be a permanent resident.
If the citizenship has been obtained from a district other than the district of permanent residence, the letter stating the reason for obtaining the citizenship must be obtained from the District Administration Office.
(H) Documents proving Amar/disability for the Amar / disabled police family and proof of relationship.
(F) On the back of the copy of the documents submitted along with the application form, the candidate himself must sign that 'Duplicate is correct as per the original'.

Note: The experimental examination and interview examination of the candidates of all the examination centers who pass the Preliminary Health Examination and Physical Fitness Examination and the Detailed Health Examination Examination will be conducted at the Metropolitan Police School, Maharajganj, Kathmandu.
9) Specific scope of work and nature of work:
As the post of police office assistant includes a specialized field of work and the nature of work to be done, the candidates should fill in the application form along with the specialized work area selection form attached to the application form. Only the work area should be selected and marked (✓).

Notice:
1) The results will be published after the completion of the examination of each stage and only the successful candidates will be included in the examination of the next stage.
2) While conducting the examination, the same open and inclusive examination will be conducted and only the candidates from the inclusive side will be selected on the basis of the marks obtained by them.
3) Candidate should be present in person along with original certificates while submitting the application.
