Nepal Rastra Bank Notice for the Call for Applications for Super Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Management Group
Nepal Rastra Bank, through its Microfinance Institutions Supervision Department Selection Committee Secretariat in Baluwatar, has issued a notice regarding the call for applications to form a management group consisting of two persons for the Super Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited in Tulsipur, Dang.
Coordinator Position: 1 (One)
• The position requires a master's degree in management, banking, finance, monetary economics, commerce, accounting, statistics, mathematics, business administration, or law with at least 10 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Only one coordinator position is available, and interested Nepali citizens can apply.
• The service period is one year, renewable for two more times for six months, depending on work progress and need.
• The coordinator should not be over 65 years of age at the time of application submission.
• The selection process will consist of an action plan and its presentation, followed by an interview.
• The shortlisted candidates' schedule and selection will be available on the bank's website.
• The coordinator will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,25,000/-, including tax as per rules. They will also receive an amount equivalent to one month's salary for Dasain expenses.
Member Position: 1 (One)
• The member position requires a bachelor's degree in management, banking, finance, monetary economics, commerce, accounting, statistics, mathematics, business administration, or law with at least 10 years of experience in accounting. Alternatively, candidates who have passed the Chartered Accountancy (CA) examination with at least five years of work experience can also apply.
• Only one member position is available, and interested Nepali citizens can apply.
• The service period is one year, renewable for two more times for six months, depending on work progress and need.
• The member should not be over 65 years of age at the time of application submission.
• The selection process will consist of an action plan and its presentation, followed by an interview.
• The shortlisted candidates' schedule and selection will be available on the bank's website.
• The member will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,05,000/-, including tax as per rules. They will also receive an amount equivalent to one month's salary for Dasain expenses.
Application Procedure:
• Interested and eligible Nepali citizens can submit their application within office hours by 2080/02/17.
• Candidates must attach their educational qualifications, citizenship certificate (or certificate of opening if underage), experience documents, and any other documents specified by the selection committee.
• Applications submitted after the deadline or not received properly will not be considered.
• Candidates can obtain information about the application form and submission details, action plan format, and mandate from the selection committee secretariat.
