Government of Sudurpashchim Province, Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Dhangadhi, Kailali, Nepal Notification regarding the vacancy of the Secretariat of the Selection Committee of the Executive Director
Since the post of Executive Director of Sudarapaschim Province Research and Training Institute has to be filled through open competition; Applications are invited from eligible interested persons within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this notice.

1) Qualification and Experience:
a) Nepali citizens,
(b) Postgraduate degree in humanities, management, or law from a recognized university with at least ten years of experience or
(c) Graduated with at least five years of experience in the field of research or training or management, (35) completed thirty-five years of age.
Application Submission Process:
(a) Documents and details as per rule 10 of Sudurpaschim Province Research and Training Institute Regulations, 2079 kept at http://ocmcm.sudurpashchim.gov.np should be submitted along with the application.
(b) While submitting the application, in addition to the documents and details mentioned in clause (a), two copies of passport size photographs should be enclosed and submitted to the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Dhangadhi, Kailali, Administration Division of Nepal. On the outside of the envelope of the enclosed proposal, "application and professional action plan submitted for the post of executive director of the Sudurpaschim Province Research and Training Institute" should be mentioned.
Presentation of the professional action plan: The shortlisted candidate should present the professional action plan submitted by him on the date and time as per sub-rule (2) of Rule 16.
Application Fee: Application for Fee to the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Dhangadhi, Kailali, Nepal Office Code No. 3010077017, Revenue Account No. 100010020010000 and collected under revenue title 14224 in Rastriya Banijya Bank, Dhangadhi Branch Rs. 5000 only must be submitted as a receipt.
Remuneration and benefits: The remuneration and benefits of the Executive Director will be as per Rule 7 of Far West Province Research and Training Institute Regulations, 2079.
Term of office: According to sub-section (5) of section 13 of the Far West Province Research and Training Institute Act, 2077, the term of office of the executive director will be five years.
The executive director's selection committee may cancel the application received according to this notice with or without giving any reason.
"If false information or documents are submitted along with the application, the application will be canceled and action will be taken according to the prevailing law."
