Functional/Corporate Title: Marketing Executive (Kathmandu Valley) - 1
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assigns roles and responsibilities of Marketing Executive of Kathmandu Valley. All the Branches and Sub Branches under Kathmandu Valley shall remain under the supervision of the Business Head. S/he shall responsible for achieving the budget target of life first premium business including all other responsibilities of business achievements of Kathmandu Valley by various means of marketing and sales strategies.
Qualification, Other Skills, Experiences & Attributes:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent or Master's degree in Marketing will be added an advantage.
- Conducts proactive business development activities from new and existing clients through strategic penetration into identified markets/sectors.
- Takes ownership to monitor competitor sales/marketing strategy and develops plans to counter the same.
- The setting, monitoring, and reporting as team goals.
- At least 5 years working experience in supervisory level in Insurance/Banking sector. Preference shall be given to those who have experience in the life insurance industry.
- Preferably not exceeding 45 years and priority will be given to the local applicants.
