Since the following employees are needed for the central office of the financial institution and the branch offices and monitoring offices opened in different places; Within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, applications are invited from Nepalese citizens who are able to mingle with the community and have recently taken a passport size photo, along with their biodata, copy of citizenship, educational qualifications and work experience details as required.

Vacancy Details:
1. Senior Officer / Officer / Assistant Officer (Internal Auditing Department) - Officer Level - Few
- Senior Officer / Officer (Departmental Head): Must have passed Bachelor's degree in management from a recognized university and must have worked in any bank and financial institution for at least 4/3 years in the internal audit department/monitoring and supervision department. OR Must be ACCA/Semi Qualified CA with 2/1 years working in the microfinance sector.
- Assistant Officer: Must have at least 2 years ACCA/Semi Qualified CA in Audit Form.
2. Officer / Assistant Officer (Monitoring and Supervision Department) - Few
- Officer: Must have passed Bachelor's degree in management from a recognized university and must have worked as an assistant officer in any bank and financial institution for at least 2 years after passing Bachelor's degree in management from a recognized university.
- Assistant Officer: Must have passed Bachelor's level and worked as branch head in microfinance institution for at least 5 years.
3. Supervisor / Senior Assistant - Few
- Must have passed the certificate level and worked at least 4/3 years in the assistant category in a microfinance institution.
4. Assistant / Junior Assistant - Few
- Assistant: Must have passed Proficiency Certificate or equivalent examination in Assistant category and have worked in any financial institution for at least 3 years.
- Junior Assistant: Passed SLC/SEE or equivalent examination and should have at least 1 year of experience in any financial institution.
5. Management Trainee (MT) / Assistant Trainee (AT) - Few
- Management Trainee: Must have passed Bachelor's level and worked in any organization/company for at least 1 year.
- Assistant Trainee: Should have passed SLC/SEE exam and should have knowledge related to the microfinance sector and computers.
Note:
Age Limit: For Officer Level: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 40 years and for Assistant Level: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years (In the case of women, 5 years will be added to the upper age limit). There is no age limit for employees working in this financial institution
Type of Examination: Shortlisted candidates will be selected through an interview.
Examination Fee: Shortlisted candidates have to deposit the examination fee of Rs.300 in NIC Asia Bank account no.
Salary allowances and facilities: It will be according to the rules of the financial institution.
