Sanima Hydro and Engineering Pvt. Ltd., a leading hydropower company is seeking applications from highly motivated, result-oriented, team player and competent Nepalese citizens for the following positions.

1. Position: HR & Admin Officer

Openings: One (1)

Job Station: Head Office

Academic Qualification and Other Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business Administration with at least 2-3 years of work experience
• Ability to handle sensitive information tactfully and communicate effectively.
• Should have a Nepali Citizenship

Job Responsibilities

• Support in managing employee records and
• Coordinate and provide support in HR-related duties such as audits, recruitment, and induction.
• Support in the implementation of HR policies and
• Support in onboarding staff members in administration and HR procedures, as well as in the exit process.

2. Position: Civil Engineer

Openings: Two (2)

Job Station: Head Office & Project Site-Based Academic Qualification and Other Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of professional experience (preferably in the hydropower sector)
• Should have a Nepali Citizenship

Job Responsibilities

• Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
• Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoDesk Land Desktop, SAP/ Staad-pro, etc.

3. Position: Mechanical Engineer - Three (3)

Job Station: Project Site Based

Academic Qualification and Other Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of experience in relevant field
• Should have a Nepali Citizenship

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical systems (generators, transformers, switchgear, etc.)
• Troubleshoot electrical problems to ensure optimum power generation.
• Develop maintenance plans.
• Supervise and coordinate with plant operators.
• Possess strong verbal, and written communication and software skills (AutoCAD, etc.)
