Position: Field Sponsorship Operations Coordinator

- Term & Location: Fixed term; based in Bardibas, Eastern field office.
Brief Description:
Will facilitate efficient sponsorship operations at the field level and develop systems and tools to ensure effective quality management of sponsorship operations in partner NGOs, in compliance with Sponsorship Policy and Procedures.
Eligibility:
A Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years' (2 years for GSI group*) working experience with Partner NGOs or relevant field are required for this role.
2. Position: Payroll Officer

- Term & Location: Fixed term; based in Kathmandu, Country Office
Brief Description:
The person in this role will be primarily responsible for handling insurance benefits in close coordination with the insurance vendor, as well as ensuring updated and efficient documentation of payroll and benefits, including taxation, and timely payment and documentation related to staff exit.
Eligibility:
A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration/Studies, Management, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 3 years (2 years for GSI group*) of experience in a related field with similar responsibilities are required.
*GSI group: Women, Dalit, Madhesi, People with Disabilities, and other indigenous/minorities.
