1) Application Place:- Shaheed Nagar Municipal Office, Yadukuha Dhanusha.
2) Date of submission of application form:- From 2079-05-19 to 2079-06-08 (within office hours) until the next day if that day is a public holiday.
3) Documents to be submitted along with the application: Personal details, certified copy of citizenship, certified copy of educational qualification certificate, certified copy of application fee submission receipt and certified copy of proof of experience or training and certified copy of foreign educational certificate in case of equivalency from the Government of Nepal .
4) Examination fee:- For authorized level Rs. 1000.-, assistant fifth and fourth Rs. 500.- and for uncategorized Rs. 300.-
5) Salary scale and working conditions details:- As mentioned in the contract agreement.
6) Type of Examination:- Short List, Practical and Interview.
7) Contact date and place:- 2079-06-09 after 5:00 pm at the relevant office to register the application form.
8) Exam date and time will be fixed later and the information will be published on the notice board of this office, website.
9) Special preference will be given to those with experience in the relevant field.
10) No action will be taken on incomplete application forms.
11) Other and final decisions related to conducting the examination will be as determined by the "Contract Staff Vacancy Committee" of the municipality.
12) Matters not mentioned in this notice shall be in accordance with prevailing laws.
