- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Selection Process: Shortlisting and Interview.

Position: Agriculture Graduate - 1 Post
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in agricultural science from a recognized university or institution.
- Selection Process: As per the Agricultural Graduate Technical Operation Procedure, 2079.

Position: Engineering, Sanitary (5th Level Sub-Engineer) - 1 Post
- Qualification: Graduation in veterinary medicine from a recognized university or institution and registered with the council. Additionally, a Proficiency Certificate Level/Overseer/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution is required.
- Selection Process: Shortlisting and Interview.
Application Requirements:
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
- Copy of educational qualification certificate.
- Work experience documents.
- Registration and renewal certificate with the Council (for Engineers and Veterinarians).
- 3 passport size photographs.
- Resume.
Application Fee:
- Officer Level: Rs.1200 (literally twelve hundred rupees only).
- Fifth Level: Rs.700 (literally seven hundred rupees only). Note: Deposit the fee at the revenue branch of Swargadwari municipality and attach the receipt to the application form.
