WaterAid Nepal is looking for People Business Partner to play a vital role in our mission to transform lives with safe water, sanitation and hygiene essential foundations for healthy and dignified lives.
People Business Partner is responsible to implement all human resources operations including recruitment, training and development, performance management, human resources information system, payroll, staff welfare issues and benefits adhering to established policies. This role is part of the People and Organisational Development (POD) team that plays a critical role in helping WaterAid realise its goals. POD works with people across the organisation, to deliver great people management and to create a high performing and engaging work environment.
