Pokhara University Notice Regarding the Withdrawal of Applications Filed for New Affiliation
As per the decision of the Executive Council of Pokhara University dated 2072/05/29, a public notice for affiliation applications was published on 2072/05/30 in Kantipur National Daily. Several educational institutions submitted applications for new affiliation, but the process remained incomplete.
Following a proposal discussed in the 25th General Assembly of the University held on 2082/03/25, a decision was made in the Executive Council meeting dated 2082/03/32 to issue this notice to all concerned:
1. Refund of Application Fee for Applicants Wishing to Withdraw
The 25th General Assembly resolved to allow applicants to withdraw their applications and receive a refund of the application registration fee. Therefore, educational institutions that submitted applications for new affiliation as per the notice dated 2072/05/30 may submit a written request for withdrawal.
2. Refund for Applications Outside the Scope of Affiliated Campus Programs
The Assembly also decided to refund the application registration fee for programs not operated under Pokhara University’s constituent campuses or schools, as specified in Rule 8(g) of the Pokhara University Campus/Institution Affiliation Regulations, 2056.
Accordingly, institutions that submitted applications before 2079/05/30 for programs outside the University’s constituent campuses/schools must submit a refund request along with the necessary documents.
3. Update for BBA-BI Program Affiliation Applicants
The Academic Council of Pokhara University has renamed the BBA-BI program under the Faculty of Management as BBA (Finance). Institutions that previously applied for affiliation to run BBA-BI must now submit a revised application if they wish to operate BBA (Finance). Otherwise, they must proceed to withdraw their application as per point no. (2) above.

Application Submission Deadline and Method
Applications must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days from the first publication date of this notice, along with the following documents in the specified format:
