SEE 2082 Result Target and Answer Sheet Schedule

The Government of Nepal, National Examination Board, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Grade 10, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has made public detailed information regarding the conduct and management of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2082, as well as answer-sheet checking and moderation.

In accordance with the directive of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, the board has issued necessary instructions to the Education Development Directorates of all seven provinces and all Education Development and Coordination Units, with the goal of publishing the results within one month from the date of completion of the examination.

According to the ministry’s Letter No. 210 dated 2082-12-16, issued for the implementation of the ministerial-level decision dated 2082-12-13, a directive related to result publication was issued and made public through the office website: see.gov.np.

In this context, a virtual meeting was held at 6:30 PM on Chaitra 17, 2082, with the Minister, Secretary, departmental heads under the ministry, secretaries of provincial ministries, heads of directorates, and heads of units from all 77 districts.

Expressing gratitude for the commitments made during the meeting, the board stated that it expects the answer-sheet checking work to be completed on time in a disciplined, dignified, clean, and impartial manner.

Schedule for Submission of Mark Slips and Answer Sheets

The board has set a clear schedule for the concerned bodies to deliver the mark slips with recorded scores and the answer sheets to the Office of the Controller of Examinations:

Mark slips of subjects conducted on 2082-12-19 and 2082-12-20 must arrive by 2082-12-23.
Mark slips of subjects conducted on 2082-12-22, 2082-12-23, and 2082-12-24 must arrive by 2082-12-27.
Mark slips of subjects conducted on 2082-12-25 and 2082-12-26 must arrive by 2082-12-30.
Mark slips of subjects conducted on 2082-12-27, 2082-12-28, and 2082-12-29, along with all answer sheets from the district and all other documents required to be brought to the office, must arrive by 2083-01-05.

Additional Provisions and Instructions

The directive also includes the following additional arrangements and instructions related to examination conduct and management:

Attendance forms and consolidated attendance forms of regular and grade improvement group examinees must be prepared separately.
In the case of examinees staying in juvenile correction homes, the examination must be conducted under the management of the designated center, or according to a separate center if one has been assigned. Their answer sheets and other documents must be packed separately.
If examinees in prison can take the examination from the center of the prison or the school where they studied, the examination may be conducted accordingly, and the answer sheets must be kept in sequence. However, if they are examinees from another place or district, the examination must be conducted through the nearest center, and the answer sheets must be sent in a separate packet.
The answer sheets of regular and new grade improvement examinees of 2080 and 2081 must be arranged serially according to symbol number, packed separately in small bags, and then kept in the same large bag.
The answer sheets of old grade improvement examinees of 2079 must be arranged subject-wise according to symbol number and packed separately.
If both technical and general stream examinees are appearing from the same center, the answer sheets of compulsory subjects under the technical stream must be kept in sequence together with regular examinees, while the answer sheets of technical subjects must be arranged subject-wise and packed separately.
Examination Form No. 12, answer-sheet dispatch form, and Examination Form No. 13, daily examination operation report form, must be placed inside the packet of that day’s answer sheets.
Examination Form No. 11, examinee attendance form, and Examination Form No. 15, consolidated examinee attendance form, must be filed separately and sent to the Office of the Controller of Examinations through the Education Development and Coordination Unit.
